Rene Marie Russo has been an actress, supermodel as well as a film maker in America. Her beautiful beauty and success in the film industry are a testament to her skills as a model. Rose Namajunas is one of the top female athletes within the UFC. She began her professional career as an amateur fighter, and she fought for a variety of regional events. Later on she enlisted with Invicta Fighting Championships before joining Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC). Because of her success within and outside of the Octagon, Namajunas is a household word since joining UFC. Namajunas was a Lithuanian who immigrated to the United States. She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on the 29th of June, 1992. Rose played basketball and kickboxing as a child. Invicta Fighting Championships was her first professional fight. At 18, she had already won two bouts via submission. The fights caught the eye to Dana White who signed her to join UFC Strawweight on December 14, 2014, when she was just 22 years old. Rose has been through highs as well as lows during her career but she always comes out triumphant. Rose was a fighter against Carla Esparza at The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale in April of 2015. Rose was awarded the Women's Strawweight Championship and also won"Fighter of the Night. This was the first time a woman was able to fight a big promotion to win a championship. Namajunas had several successful fights following her win which included defeating Joanna Jedrzejczyk on two occasions. The win resulted in Namajunas Performance Of The Night awards from UFC.
